Do I Need A Dental Crown?
At Premier Dental Group we recommend that is you suspect you need a dental crown to set up an introductory appointment at our office immediately so we can asses your teeth and provide a course of action. However, common reasons we recommend a dental crown is because of excessive dental decay, broken, chipped, or cracked teeth. Dental crowns are great for all of these as they are a synthetic cap placed over a tooth. When these issues have been untreated, a dental filling is insufficient to correct the issues. A larger section of the tooth must be removed, and then replaced by the crown.
